WW weigh-in... successful

I made it through week one of Weight Watchers - and lost 3.2 pounds! I'm off to a great start, but i have a lot to lose. And I know it will not always come off this fast or easily. Surprisingly, I didn't feel deprived or starved even though I trimmed my food intake by at least half. It's crazy to think about how much I was eating - WAY too much! This is a lifestyle change, not a diet.

Good job Keisha. I started back on Weight Watchers too. I figured with all of the changes going on better health should be one too. Anyway just wanted to give you a high five for a great first week.
